Horrible smell
The rental car reeked of cigarette smoke, and no matter how much air freshener I used, I could not get rid of the odor. The vehicle also had several visible scratches. When I complained about the smoke and the condition of the car, I was told it was the only vehicle available. The following day, the tire pressure warning light came on, forcing me to stop at a gas station to add air to the tire. Additionally, the car did not drive smoothly or feel like a 2026 model should. Overall, the vehicle appeared poorly maintained and not properly cared for.
This was an extremely disappointing rental experience. I have rented from Hertz before and have never received a vehicle in such poor condition. Based on this experience, I will not be renting from this location again.

I had to wait for my vehicle because it didn't have tags for the plate, the vehicle was very dirty on the outside which included bird droppings. There was a dried spill in the cargo area, which I didn't know of until I got home and started loading for my trip.

Painful
It was the worst experience ever. For starters, they did not have the vehicle I reserved. I was charged more for the extra days I needed. I got charged for changing the drop off location even though the vehicle was left on their premises. I also was charge a late charge even though the vehicle was left several hours before it was scheduled. I have made calls to that location for a week and no one answers. I even filed a dispute through their online chat and still no follow up from them. To top it off, they have taken the money which overpaid my account. I would never rent from them again and I definitely would discourage anyone else to as well.

It all went wrong from the pick-up
It all went wrong from the pick-up. The desk service people also had to clean the cars and do everything. it was ridiculous wait. and the car they originally gave me reeked of smoke. so they didnt have time to clean a second car so i took it to a car wash and cleaned it myself.
