The staff at both locations of pick up and drop off were friendly and very helpful. I did the appointment online thru Priceline and the whole process went seamless. Will use them again.

Car picked up in Corvallis Oregon
Car picked up in Corvallis Oregon. Hertz was a car that was just returned. Only had 3/8 of a gas tank of fuel. The car was not washed and not cleaned. Apparently it was the only car available.
I added $20 of gas to drive 45 miles to the Eugene airport. The gas tank was over half full when I return the car and was den charged a refueling fee.
The agent said the fuel would be noted, but it was not
