0 customer service skills from the lady inside. Not a smile, not friendly at all, very curt. I got a great car from the airport and had really friendly people there, dropped off here in glendale and it was so bad.

ALWAYS great service at this Glendale location! I have trouble remembering names, but the gentleman man with the dregs so helpful and explained fully. The lady with the red hair was just as helpful and patient when we returned the car and the gas had been refunded!
But I love this location because they listen and are helpful.
