We hadn't driven 50 miles out of town, and the change oil light came on. I had to watch that light for the next 5 days. Irritating, to me, I'm one of those people that always changes my oil on time.

The process of requesting the vehicle online was graded (A), it was seamless, with no issues.
My wife requested for an AWD, but once we received the vehicle it was not the case. The vehicle was an Non-AWD vehicle.
Cleanness of the vehicle: The exterior of the vehicle was clean. The interior was overall clean, but you could tell that the door handle was not wipe down, and on the passenger side of the door was dental floss toothpick was in the door handle pocket.
Maintenance: On the dashboard drivers screen an hazard indication marker stating the left rear tire need to be inflated. I was able to take the vehicle to Discount Tire to get all tires inflated. Once I got the vehicle on the highway the tire pressure notification went away on the vehicle.
Before returning the vehicle we vacuum the interior and wiped down the steering wheel and all door handles.
We had no issues with returning the vehicle to Herts Rental Service desk.

Oil change due
We hadn't driven 50 miles out of town, and the change oil light came on. I had to watch that light for the next 5 days. Irritating, to me, I'm one of those people that always changes my oil on time.

Change in scheduling was seamless. When returning my vehicle the gentleman who initially assisted me from the start of my reservation was in the parking area when I returned and took my keys allowing me the convenience to depart.
