Everything was great--the price, customer service, the quality of the car, etc. My only issue was that the car was full of snack wraps and empty soda cans. There were probably about 10 soda cans all over the car and numerous snack wraps all around the car.
The exterior of the car was not completely clean. You could tell that they washed the car but there were bird droppings and other dirt all over the car.
I am glad that they gave me the car with a full tank of gas.

I rented with Hertz 4 times in 2 weeks recently and this was the only bad location, bad manager.
How does Kay consistently get 1 star reviews but is still employed?

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Treated like we were a bother. Staff was rude, and not friendly or helpful. Upon delivery of the car on 6/23 we were not acknowledged by the male staff arriving that morning. They need to be provided with special training to refresh their customer service skills to ensure they behave in a professional way. Never doing business with them again.
