Wish I could not give any stars
Wish I could give no stars. Had a car accident, needed car asap. Reserved car through State Farm claims and was told car would be ready at Hertz Mentor at 11 am. Called before I went. Was on hold for close to 15 minutes before I hung up. Called back and staff member told me she would call me back shortly. Did not receive call. Waited 2 hours and went to location. There was only 1 staff member working that told me she had to get cars for others first and then would see if she could find me a car. Not once did she offer an apology for wait but told me to sit down and be patient. Left there, went to Enterprise and had a car in 15 minutes. Hertz should not have given me a reservation if they couldn't fulfill it. Should also have more than 1 staff member on duty. Staff member needs to be coached on delivering bad news. Went on Hertz website to find an email address to report problem but there is no way to do this. Chatbot told me to write a letter! Won't even try to use Hertz again.

The store manager Ty was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that we had full coverage and the vehicle that we wanted. Very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and safe . I will be going back to rent a vehicle the next time.

The CLE airport is an excellent operation run by a great manager Saidah Johnson who completely understands Customer Service. Props to her.
Unfortunately your Mentor location has a lady named Ty who has some very strange attitudes about how to do her job and has no idea about anything related to customer service. She ruined my Hertz experience and then did some spiteful things with my second rental reservation so I canceled it. I cannot explain why Ty is so unfriendly and just creates problems. I was fed up and canceled
