Needed to discuss change in rental but could not reach local office despite multiple calls during office hours and no option to leave voice nail. Requested car not available and car provided was dirt... Voir plus

Kenny and his team but the Mishawaka out in South Bend are incredible. They even helped out one of my friends who was a Law professor at Notre Dame on the last-reservation the professor needed. I’m extremely grateful for their kindness and how well they operate this location a 10 out of 10.

Needed to discuss change in rental but…
Needed to discuss change in rental but could not reach local office despite multiple calls during office hours and no option to leave voice nail. Requested car not available and car provided was dirty. Office rep was kind, but extremely disappointed with quality of cars and facility.

Cars were not ready or clean
Cars were not ready or clean, 3 cars before we found one that was clean.
Then I was charged for 4 day rental instead of my 1 day rental, just to have a car while my car was in the shop. Took over 1 hour on the phone with Hertz to get this straight.
I think I was given 800 points for my inconvenience of using my cc on someone else's rental, wasting over an hour of my time, and providing horrible quality of vehicles.
Staff was friendly, but in reality they are the ones that attached my cc to someone else's rental. What happened to Hertz!
