I reserved and pre paid for a premium sedan 2 weeks in advance, showed up and got a shitty little hybrid. Ruined my trip to LA and still haven't received any refund to the price difference.

ALMA REVIEW
The. Best car i have ever rented and Alma at hertz in Modesto has also made my rental so much easier so is the. BEST I have had in all my years renting. I have never had to find another ride home since she has been taking care of me.she calls makes sure everything is alright right on my rental so when I get there everything goes so smooth. She got me this last which is the best car I have rented in my years renting. The girl needs a bonus for what she does. I care for her like my daughter for the way she has improved my rental. She care for the people renting.

All about Alma & the ladies!
Everything about this Hertz rental experience was excellent, from the vehicle selection, condition to the team of employees making things happen at check out and check-in. Alma was especially helpful in her attentiveness and ability to handle a rude customer that did their best to try and make the experience bad.. FAIL! Alma handled the situation with calm professionalism. I will ALWAYS rent as long as Alma and the team are there!
