Hertz gave me a sub-compact when I reserved a full size sedan. Wouldn’t correct it at the counter and customer service didn’t do anything about it

Hertz gave me a sub-compact when I reserved a full size sedan. Wouldn’t correct it at the counter and customer service didn’t do anything about it

Satisfied. Would use Hertz again!
The rental was suitable for my needs and despite a few minor blemishes (which I did not cause) I was not charged upon return for them. The car drove great (2026 Toyota Corolla LE). The pickup / return process was simple and went without a hitch.

Great experience at this Hert location
I had a great experience at this Hertz location. I was there on 8/27/26 at around 12:30pm with my two special-needs kids. The young man that was there was friendly and very welcoming. He helped me find discounts that lowered my bill. He was very professional. And when I had trouble getting out of the building's garage with the rental car, one of his colleagues personally drove the car around to the front of the building for me. That's what I call great customer service!
