Liked the no pressure professionalism and demeanor of the two service agents. The clean vehicle made the rental itself pleasurable.

Marijuana Smell....again
This was my first time using the Military Highway HERTZ in Norfolk. Check in was fast on pick up day. The interior smelled like burnt marijuana and there appeared to laundry detergent spilled on the floor near the back seats and cargo compartment. No problems with drop off. This was the third time I have leased a vehicle from HERTZ which smelled like burnt marijuana and it is annoying.

Flexible and Easy
Flexible and Easy to work with when picking the car up. Car was the size that we requested and we were in and out the door within 5 minutes. Would suggest this easy out, easy in location to anyone.
