What didn’t. Brand new car broke down. Sent me and car to Logan airport to pick up another. Declined giving me a car.

Got different car and asked to take for repair
I select EV managers special but got gas car. Had to wait as one of the wipers was broken. I was told to take it to some shop for replacement that was 15 minutes out of my way. I was hoping it to be taken care by Hertz rather than asking me to take it to the shop or give me replacement car.

Sold out depite reservation!
We reserved a car online in Chelmsford MA but when we arrived we were told they were sold out! Unreal this can happen but it can- call ahead if you reserve at this location. We were offered a minivan for the same price as ann SUV so all worked out for us in the end but a stressful situation when you're trying to leave for a trip.
