Our SUV was in great shape and interior was most clean. Enjoyed a new experience with Herz.

Very limited selection. Especially for an airport.

everything went as expected

No issues. It was a very smooth process.

I had difficulty retrieving the vehicle and had to go to the service desk. Other than that everything else was fine. Easy to return to the location.

Loved be benefit of the AAA discount as a 24 yo. They also upgraded my class vehicle without any extra charge, loved it. Just wish they had more detailed instructions of drop off. Other than that everything was great.

So I get it of course, damage to a vehicle is damage to a vehicle and covered in the contract unless you purchase the ldw. And $200 for a windshield isn't terrible. Cheaper than the LDW honestly. But all the same, rock chips are a hazard of the road and in my opinion should be considered wear and tear just like a belt or something else would be. But all the same, Hertz is generally good and I'm pretty loyal so still four stars.

Everything as expect. Troublefree and economical car, charges exactly as anticipated with order.

Easy process, friendly staff and a brand new car!!

The initial rental wasn't kept at the original location. Once I was able to call Hertz and have the reservation transferred to a different location, everything went smoothly. No issues, no problems, great recovery after a bumpy start!

Arrived early and rental was ready; CSR (didn't get her name...) was extremely helpful. Always a pleasure renting from Hertz.

I needed to change my drop off point and the website would not let me do it, so I tried to call and could not get a hold of a human being! I was forced to drive to the nearest Hertz office to make the change. It was a huge hassle and then they over charged me by $156! I still cannot get a hold of a human. I will never rent from them again. Hertz - do better!!

Great customers service

Easy everything and the people were super nice. Sadly the cost at RIC is incredibly high so not sure if I will rent anymore there. It’s. ALWAYS crazy with little inventory no matter when you book.

HORRIBLE! I have used hertz for years but never again after they started scamming me! I have had multiple rentals with them recently that they keep trying to scam me. One rental they auto-selected insurances I never selected to try and steal over $1,000 from me and the next rental they claim I never changed the return location even though I did and spent over an hour on the phone with then doing so, then they lied and said I did not change the return location. Thieves and absolute scum!

We had a late flight that was slightly delayed. I tried calling multiple times to let Hertz know we would be late, but no one answered. We arrived at the airport, and the Hertz counter was closed, and the exit was blocked. Other rental companies were still open, but Hertz was not. We were stranded and had to take an uber and get a hotel. We came back the next morning and no one apologized. Looks like this happens a lot at Richmond. Unacceptable for a Gold Member!!!!!
