A fantastic car. We had to wait to pick up the vehicle. I was an hour early. It was ready after original timeframe. I dropped off the vehicle 3 hours early than expected. No refund for the difference.... Voir plus

Over charge us 300 for a bag of target…
Over charge us 300 for a bag of target bag left in car. I don’t recommend Hertz in Saint Paul Kellogg ave. You’re better off going to the airport

Downgraded the vehicle I had a guaranteed reservation for, charged more per day for that downgraded vehicle, illegally adding insurance after it was declined by customer, gaslight by hertz employees that I had added, proved on email confirmation that I had declined, refused to remove.
Stay far away from hertz union depot in St. Paul, Mn

A fantastic car
A fantastic car. We had to wait to pick up the vehicle. I was an hour early. It was ready after original timeframe. I dropped off the vehicle 3 hours early than expected. No refund for the difference.

No rental car was available at the airport
I tried to rent a car in St. Paul airport but no car was available. Hurts agent n booked a car at Kellogg hurts rental.
