Avoid When Possible
This is the worst rental car place in the entire parish. The staff acts friendly however they do absolutely nothing to show any sense of urgency. If there is someone in front of you, be prepared to wait a minimum of 15 minutes. They will sit there and chitchat nonsense with customers even though they have other customers waiting.
Even though it's obvious to them that you are in a hurry and waiting patiently, they will still talk useless chitchat to the customer they are dealing with.
There is no organization, no supervisors, and no sense of customer service. This place is a bad representation of a national car rental.
Even though this woman has finished with the previous customer, she's walking back and forth through the office aimlessly as though she is intentionally avoiding me. This is totally insane.
I only went there because my bank offers perks for this particular vendor. Now I see why. It is probably the only way they can secure business. If you need to rent a vehicle, do yourself a favor and never ever ever use this vendor.
So I finally finished my transaction. I walked in at 11:55 a.m. there were two customers ahead of me. I just walked out at 12:37 p.m. . How in the world does it take over 30 minutes to turn around three customers?
I will do everything in my power to never return to this place again.
