Steven and the young guy who helped me, were both awesome. I have rented cars many times from many different places over the years, and the service has typically varied from acceptable to rude, but these guys did great. I don't normally respond to surveys, but the service was so good, that I decided to make an exception. Thank you!

Top notch customer service
Customer service was top notch and very helpful when my car dealership was taking way too long to diagnose and fix my car. They allowed me to extend the rental vehicle for an extra day when my dealership was uncertain about a loaner and whether my vehicle would be finished within a certain time! They were even willing to allow me to drop off the vehicle at my dealership and they would come get it (even though I came into their main office to do the paperwork).
Pros: Parking, Car Availability, Cleanliness, Decent pricing, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Cons: Location compared to where car lots are located in the city

Great customer service
Great customer service. Allowed me to extend the rental. The only problem was that there was a nail in the tire but didn’t notice it until later.

Stephen and his entire staff have provided me exceptional customer service and treated me like family each and every time I rent a car from this Hertz location in Waco. They really know how to take care of their customers and keep them coming back! They know I will always rent from them when I need a car!
