Car was dirty, appeared to have blood on door; needed oil change and window washer fluid.

Attached the fuel option when I didnt ask for it, I sent them the credit card showing the fuel receipts and then a picture of the full vehicle. They sent me an email asking me to show them on the credit card bill where it shows I was charged for fuel when it’s on their invoice.

Beware: economy is electric only
I rented an economy car. Nowhere did it designate the car as either fuel or electric. I arrived to pick up the car and was told it’s an electric car - that all economy cars are electric now. My plans did now allow for charging a car. I paid more on site to “upgrade” to a fuel car and was given an old Corolla that appeared to be ready for the impound lot. It had dents and missing bits and pieces inside and out. There was oil chalk writing on a window. It sounded like a chainsaw and shook when idling. What an upgrade!! Luckily, it got us where we needed to go, but wow. Lesson learned: do not rent from Hertz
