I've been buying Epsom Salts from this company for several years. I purchased them on Ebay.
The service and quality of product has always been consistently of a high standard..also the prices are excellent.
They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion!
I would happily highly recommend HEXEAL , and I wont buy these products from anywhere else.

I ordered through Amazon a 20 kg bag of salt and a 15 kg bag of baking soda. The baking soda arrived slashed open and leaking, and I wasted £25 on the Epsom salt that never arrived. The courier (DPD) dumped the salt parcel downstairs, ripped removed Cellotape and open, instead of delivering them to my 1st floor, and even though I had proof they weren’t at my flat, the seller offered no refund and asked me to get crime reference numbers. I do not recommend this seller, delivery is unreliable, and chasing parcels for hours is a real headache. I have had two more parcels since this review sent back to sellers aswell

Ordered 1 5L white vinegar through Amazon and received 2 5L containers. Contacted the company direct who said it was their error and I could keep the 2nd one for free. Excellent company who I will use again

The company offers an excellent variety of Epsom salts. You can choose bags or buckets, different amount, which is very handy depending on your needs.

I have only had a positive experience with this company. Twice I had a problem with a delivery service and after contacting the seller, they have resolved the issue instantly.

I always buy our deionised water from Hexeal. Good value, quick delivery and if I ever have an issue, Lucy is always incredibly helpful.

I ordered 4 Hexeal bottles of 5L deionised water and as usual with my past orders they delivered it earlier than I expected, for which I was very glad as it meant we could continue with the ironing and quickly reduce the laundry build-up.
I noticed that one of the bottles was missing a label. After sending an email to Customer Services merely for information, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt reply from Tracey and subsequently from Lucy the Project Development manager who investigated the anomaly and offered to replace the bottle FOC, although I didn't require this. So, instead they kindly sent me the label which I stuck on.
All this was resolved in a couple ofdays.
I don't recall such excellent and speedy customer service.
I might add that I've found their pricing to be very good value and they don't seem to have increased their pricing from many months ago unlike most other things I buy in my shopping these days.

Have been getting demineralised/-ionised water (and Epsom salts) from them for over seven years as far as I can make out (mainly via Amazon), maybe longer. Always excellent.

I recently ordered 10kg of sodium bicarbonate which Hexeal dispatched as you would expect. However the courier failed to deliver it on the expected day. I contacted Hexeal customer services & they immediately began to chase the company concerned. When they failed to get any response from said company they sent out a replacement which arrived the next day. So the whole thing was resolved in a matter of a couple of days. It is so unusual these days to find a company who really appreciate the value of their customers.
So thank you Hexeal & in particular their customer service department.

Ordered through Amazon and was a problem with Evri delivery- got in contact with Hexeal and they came back to me straight away and sent me out replacement. Can not fault their customer service at all. Polite and friendly and good products

Quick service and when the delivery company damaged my items, it was resolved by the seller straight away. Not my first order through this seller and won't be my last.

due to evri my parcel was damaged beyond repair i contacted this company and from the 1st email they were excellent and within the hour a replacement was on its way a very professional company with great customer service
