Hey Fresto! Avis 

I’m so pleased I found Fresto. It has been perfect for my 1 year old as well as my 3 year old. Yummy food.

As a new customer I purchased in good faith based on the title description and my personal dietary and religious requirements.
I did indeed note that on some of your products the
use and presence of alcohol is clearly declared in the
main description, it isn’t for the Vegatable Paella. It
is also not shown in BOLD as other risk ingredients are.
I am left with a product I cannot use or return.

I contacted and haven't had a response since my last email. I called up and was told the manager would get back to you. The rest of the food is delicious but the customer support isn't.

Lovely home made food full of seasoning and flavour, also super filling and sometimes enough for 2 portions for myself even though meant for 1 person. I like the value for money, and the amount of choice they have in comparison to other websites. Only thing delivery could be quicker and maybe to receive a dispatch email would be helpful as I waited while I was working from home but did not hear a delivery attempt. If they could leave my delivery in the front porch instead of outside this would be helpful in future.

Very disappointed
I spent over £70 on different items, the kids fish pie was ok but everything els was really bad, the Vietnamese lamb curry was nothing like Vietnamese curry, my mum is Vietnamese so I’m 100% sure it wasn’t Vietnamese curry! There was also so much fat on the lamb it made me feel sick.
I will not be shopping here again, it was a complete waste of money

Delicious food will order again and reasonable prices

some poor meat quality,
over expensive for what it is.

Most of the dishes were bland in flavor, all hidden behind some hot spice. They got one of the dishes wrong too.

The food I purchased were for a relatives birthday. All the meals were delicious and had a good variety of choice. The service was excellent and the meals delivered when expected and good value for money I will use this company again.

A little on the pricey side but still cheaper than take-out. As a household of disabled adults these are great to have in the freezer for when needed and taste excellent.

Really nice food especially the Asian, would like to see more British meat fare though.

Easy to navigate site and plenty of options in terms of ordering meals

Very easy to order, delivery came exactly when you said it would and so far very happy. Not tried any of the dishes yet, but looking forward to dinner tomorrow!

These Hey Fresto meals have been a godsend for my ageing Aunt who lives on her own and only has a microwave. She really enjoys the selection of meals that I get for her because they are authentic and you can really identify with the ingredients that go into making the meals. Could not recommend more highly.

The best ready meals we have found to date. Definitely worth a try.

So far only eaten one of our order. Great taste, generous portions. Would order again with confidence.

Tasty and convenient, filling meal for 1 person

I love the majority of the dishes we’ve had so far. My one criticism would be the lack of veg. Either putting more veg in the dishes or providing vegetable sides would score you the extra star. I’d also prefer to choose my delivery day.

My order was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I am still working my way through the food but so far so good.
