HHI Avis

Had a new front door supplied and fitted by HHI Lisburn today, I have to say from initial contact with Gareth through to updates from John and finally fitted by Ken I can't fault them, my experience has been first class and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them many thanks

Had a new Kitchen fitted a month ago through HHI in Bangor great service from the designing to fitting of kitchen ! All the working crew involved were fantastic 👏

I recently had a new composite door +2side panels fitted by HHI Lisburn. The process was straight forward & time from deposit to doors installation was approx 5 weeks.
(Another company gave a wait time of20-25wks!)
Ken, the door installer, was meticulous in his work. It was evident that Ken was experienced & a true professional.
After the installation the hallway was left spotless.
I am delighted with the new door. A huge improvement in heat retention & a new secure locking system.
I would definitely recommend HHI. All the team, Gareth who did the initial consult, Derek who did the survey pre installation, Ken who installed the door, Lillian & John at the showroom were so pleasant to deal with.

HHI supplied and fitted a dry fit kitchen into our recently renovated home. From start to finish the entire process was hassle free and painless, Jen in the Lisburn branch was able to bring my wifes ideas to reality providing guidance and working hard to fit everything we wanted into a relatively small space. The fitters themselves were exceptional, Marks attention to detail and skill were evident throughout and we can honestly say of all the tradespeople we have worked with over this last few months the HHI team were, by far, the most reliable, caring and professional. Despite us providing our own plumber and electrician who were already doing extensive work inside the property, HHI were able to seamlessly integrate with those trades and make everything work, the survey they carried out pre fit was key to making this process work providing detailed drawings and specifications for our use. After care was second to none with Tracy immediately addressing any small issues that arose and arranging for them to be rectified immediately, they even went above and beyond when we had a mishap with a newly fitted sink, supplying their fitters to rectify to the same high standard. All in all a great experience from start to finish, would definitely reccomend.

I cannot recommend HHI Castlereagh Road enough! We had a new kitchen designed by Gavin who helped us so much in getting exactly what we wanted. The project ran to time, and the small hiccup we had was fixed immediately with no issues.
A big thank you to all who were involved in the excellent service we received and we will be back soon for help in picking a new bathroom.

Just had some major work completed by HHI to clad entire side and front walls to our house and replace all guttering and fascia boards. We can’t even begin to describe the change in appearance in the house. The work was extremely complicated and done at times in filthy, cold weather, but Jamie and Carter just got on with it and what a job they have done! We thoroughly recommend these guys if you are thinking of getting this type of work done, and we recommend HHI as the company to go to. A brilliant, first-class job from start to finish.

I had my bathroom refurbished by HHI Newtownabbey and I absolutely love it. It turned out better than I could've imagined. Nicole helped me design it and the fitter, plumber and electrician did such a great job of it. They were friendly and professional and I was really happy that they also cleaned up after themselves, didn't expect that at all but such a nice touch. I would highly recommend HHI and will be back for a kitchen refurb.

When I first contacted HHI, I had been at the mercy of a cowboy builder. As he had let me down and lied to me, I needed a company I could trust. The rep Gareth gave me a good price for the work needing done. However when the work started, another problem came to light. After sorting this out, the fitters came out to complete the work. They did a fantastic job. The manager John, Gareth and the fitters exceeded my expectations and went over and above board to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone!

HHI Castlereagh done a fantastic job with fitting new windows to my house. From start to finish it all went smoothly and was completed a lot quicker than I expected. All the team done a great job but a special mention should go to Stephen who done an excellent job with the installation

We had a new kitchen designed & fitted by HHI Castlereagh. We are very pleased & highly recommend HHI. The business is focused on customer service & quality.
Special thanks to Gavin for understanding our needs, doing all he could to ensure we got the kitchen we wanted. The tradesmen were exceptional, totally professional and courteous.
The project management was excellent, handled by Tracy. The schedule of work was delivered exactly as planned.
The whole experience was excellent. We would be very happy to work with HHI again. Thank you to everyone at HHI.

After looking for a composite door I settled with HHI Castlereagh after many recommendations. My experience was above and beyond from start to finish! Alan the sales rep was extremely patient with me as I was unsure for what door to go for and was constantly changing my mind but worked with me giving reassurance and support.

Stephen the fitter , well his workmanship is exceptional and above and beyond. The hallway was spotless after. which I never expected and his attention to detail was better than what I would have expected. He also offered to complete tasks that were not in his remit.

All and all strongly recommend, thank you !!

Absolutely delighted with our ensuite refurbishment. Customer care from start to finish was amazing. Lindsay provided total support in designing, choosing and answering any queries we had throughout the process. Standard of workmanship was excellent, from Darren who made very
short and tidy work of removing our old suite to plumbers, joiner and electrician who all worked most efficiently to install our beautiful new ensuite leaving no mess behind!
Well done HHI!

Over looking at bathrooms and a lad called j McGowan couldn't of been more helpful and treated us very well

Totally great, friendly experience from the start. In the Lisburn showroom Michael could not have been more helpful with organising our complete bathroom refit. We were given a date in January, the electrician, Scott and the plumber Gary arrived on time and did a great job. The fitter, Stephen, arrived the next day and did a super job on the floor, walls and ceiling. The job was planned for a week and was finished on time. We are both delighted with our new bathroom and would recommend HHI without hesitation.

I recently had a lovely new kitchen fitted by the HHI team and I'm very pleased with the result. Everyone I came into contact with at each stage of the project, were professional, friendly and efficient. They completed the work within the agreed time and budget. The quality of the materials and the workmanship was excellent, and my new kitchen looks modern and stylish. I would highly recommend HHI Newtownabbey to anyone looking for a strong customer focussed business that is trustworthy, reliable and provides high standards of product and customer service.

We recently had our en-suite refurbished by HHI Bangor. The work was completed to a very high standard and we are delighted with the results. We found all the HHI staff very friendly to deal with. We intend to use HHI again to refurbish our main bathroom.

Just had new windows and doors replaced. Stephen the fitter was great. His work is first class. Very clean and tidy no mess left anywhere. He cleans up as he goes along which was great. I would definitely recommend him to friends. Overall I am happy with my new windows and doors.

Bathroom designed around us and fitted ahead of promised date. All work carried out by friendly professionals who were tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. Really enjoying the whole experience.

Great service from start to finish. Gareth helped us with selecting our new bathroom, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Stayed in contact with us throughout. Nothing was to much trouble. Installation went smoothly started on time and completed on time. I would highly recommend this company.
