HHI Newtownabbey - Fascia, gutters and soffit fitting.

Giving 5 stars as we had two fitters (Jamie and Carter) come out on Friday (27th Sept) and put in a solid 12 hour shift to ensure our fascia, soffit and gutters where completed to a high standard.

The sales pitch was great, as you would expect from a sales rep. However, we knew HHI have great quality product and knew they would complete the job to a high standard.

The team at the Newtownabbey branch have been very cooperative throughout our process; from deposit paid to final fitting. Any questions, queries or concerns we had were dealt by the branch manager, Matthew, with immediate response and the utmost professionalism.

Fantastic fitting by Jamie and Carter and great communication from Matthew.

Lindsay made the process of changing mums bathroom really seamless and easy, as you can imagine older people dont like change, but we had to make mums bathroom more user friendly, and lindsay could not have done a better job.
She was honest with choices, "like that will go with that", "or that doesnt work there", "this floor goes best with this pattern".Nothing was a problem, we didn't feel rushed into buying something we maybe didn't want.
Absolutely 10 out of 10 service.

recently had a new kitchen fitted by the prince regent road branch castlereagh road belfast. gavin was very helpful from the start, went out of his way to help us from start to finish, fitters took a week from first day untill the end , job was twice checked by david to see if everything was as should be. everyone did a first class job highly recommend them we now have a beautiful new kitchen great price, great job . thank you hhi. if you need a new kitchen go to hhi you wont regret it.

The HHi company bathroom work was excellent. All the work was done on time as promised. Joiners, plumbers and fitters worked hard and honestly. They left the place very clean with no issues. I highly recommend HHI. They will conduct jobs efficiently work with no hassles

I have just had a total bathroom refurbishment completed by HHI Newtownabbey and I am delighted with it. It is an absolutely first class job. The work was completed very efficiently in 5 days. All the trades were professional & friendly, the kind of guys it is a pleasure to have working in your house, and a real credit to the company. In fact all HHI staff have been a pleasure to deal with, from the showroom right through to final fitting - they all made it a very easy, stress free experience.

I cannot recommend HHI highly enough. This is my third time as an HHI customer, having had fascia & guttering from them more than 10 years ago (which still looks like new) and, more recently, a composite front door & PVC windows.

Great service from the entire team at HHI Castlereagh, from sales through the installation and follow-up. I had a complete bathroom rennovation and everyone I had contact with was completely professional throughout. The electrician, joiner/fitter and plumbers were all brilliant, keeping the noise and mess to an absolute minimum and clearing up after themselves. It was all done within five days, with just some minor snagging which was all done quickly and painlessly. I am delighted with the finished bathroom and really appreciated the follow-up from Donna to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommended.

My mother and father had soffit, fascia and guttering replacement work completed by HHI 7 years ago. The work was completed to a high standard and the team were extremely professional in their workmanship. Recently we had noticed a slight discolouration in an small area of cladding and decided to call HHI to discuss the matter. I explained to Tracey at HHI the issue and she immediately arranged for one of the fitters to come out an assess the cladding the next day. After inspection Tracy contacted me to arrange for a section the cladding to be replaced. I must say the level of customer service is exceptional on top of the quality fitting and great staff. Good reliable companies who pride themselves on honouring their word are hard to come by... and therefore I can honestly say I would recommend HHI as one of the best in the business.

HHI Belfast, have been amazing, I have used the company on two occasions over the past year or so, once for patio doors and then for a full bathroom renovation. I have no complaints about the service I have received, right from the start to the end, from the staff in the office, to the fitters who worked all hours to get the job finished. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just want to thank all the team at HHI from Abbi, Gareth and Donna to all the trades who worked on creating out beautiful and spacious new bathroom. The courtesy, workmanship and professionalism shown by all the staff was superb. In particular, a nice touch was that they removed all of the old bathroom and packaging and we didn't have to worry about disposing of it ourselves. We couldn't fault them from the customer service to the installation. Would recommend them to anyone wanting an expert and helpful experience.

I went in January to Coleraine showroom and with the help of James decided on a new kitchen. The follow up survey and planning were excellent and the date was set in May. I was given names of workers and days they would work which was impressive. Work went as specified and I cannot say how important this was to me. They were here when they said they would be and they were brilliant. Delighted with the kitchen and would recommend HHI without hesitation. Many thanks

After using HHI Lisburn before and getting great service i'd no hesitation in recommending to my mother to use to replace her front door again first class service starting with Gareth thorough to John and finally Ken many thanks and definitely highly recommended

Just had our bathroom replaced by HHI. We are absolutely delighted with it. All the staff have been very easy to deal with. We did have to wait a very long time- was ordered on 16th January and completed 24th July, but it was worth the wait. Will definitely use again when replacing our kitchen. Lovely show room too.

HHI Castlereagh thank you to the entire team involved in my Bathroom Refit.
I am absolutely blown away with the high level of customer care from start to finish. Gareth who I dealt with was fantastic with his advice and helped me choose what was exactly right for my bathroom. The work commenced and from the Plumbers the Fitter and the Electrician the work was completed to the highest level of professionalism and perfection and within the given timescale. I was up and running with the perfect bathroom in a week. Also I would like to include the customer care from Abbi in particular who again was lovely and sorted out a very minor issue within less than 24hrs. Overall I am absolutely delighted with the finished job and cannot recommend HHI enough.
Once again to the entire team THANK YOU.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience from HHI in getting a completely new utility room and new ceiling, recessed lighting, hew hob, extractor fan and sink in the existing kitchen. From walking through the door and being greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, to the kitchen designer, architect, joiner, plasterer, electrician, kitchen installers and plumber the whole process of the project was professionally and skilfully carried out. Everyone arrived on time, there were no delays and the work completed on time. Completely stress free ! The men who carried out the work were very respectful of the property and always kept me informed of what they were doing . Needless to say I am delighted with the new utility and all the work in the kitchen and the standard of finish is excellent. I would have no hesitation in using HHI again or recommending them . A job extremely well done from start to finish !

We visited the HHI ‘Trade Counter’ in Bangor, Co Down last week and the customer service we received from the 2 fellas was excellent. They were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us great advice about the products and even suggested how we could improve the installation. Absolutely fantastic - 5 Star Service - Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible - aftercare non existent

Had new guttering fitted by HHI last year and it didn’t even manage to get through the winter without bowing, breaking and leaking!

Called and asked for them to come out and fix, asked to be notified so I could be in at the time.

They called out at 8am climbed a ladder and were gone again in 5 minutes only way I knew they were there was the doorbell!

Nothing was fixed so had to phone again.

Was told I would definitely be contacted to arrange a time and date so I could be in and let them round back as it is streaming with water front and back!

Yet again they call out during the day while I’m in work, stood around for a few minutes got in the van and drove off.

Called office almost in disbelief and they then again said I would be called to arrange a date and time. This was weeks ago and still no phone call.

Absolutely sick of trying to get this fixed so have asked another company to come and repair.

Please please please think again before using this company.

Having had HHI Castlereagh design and carry out a complete bathroom refurbishment last year,instal triple glazed windows,sliding patio doors and new composite front door I had no hesitation contracting them to design and instal a new kitchen which has just been completed. The transformation is amazing and went without a hitch due to the superb workforce of professional tradesmen employed by HHI. Cannot thank Gavin,David and Donna of Castlereagh branch who always go above and beyond to assist.

I had a new bathroom fitted over 2 years ago and recently noticed a small leak from the toilet cistern. I knew my bathroom was out of warranty but phoned HHI Castlereagh for advice. Within a few days Donna arranged a plumber who came and fixed the problem free of charge****. Fantastic customer service and helping out quickly really proves HHI's integrity.
