The level of professionalism is the same as that of an amateur, but you pay the price as for an Expert!!!
Let's start with the positive note, they are friendly to the customer.
Very bad experience with this shop and a High End Cassette Deck Sony TC-K990ES. I took pictures from my device from the inside as outside as head and the transport before bringing it in to there shop.

It had a rusty chassis but the electronics where fine just some buttons of the play, pause... that needed attention and it needed to be treated before it could be to late. As months where passing I got some story about a lot of parts that needed to be ordered and replaced, before being able to start the repair. They talked about a lot of erosion, and that they had pictures to show this, when requesting them I never received or seen any picture with there claims showing this. After for about almost 4months they called me telling me it was completely repaired. On the first day that I tried it out, it was still eating my tapes, because they did not replace the 30 years old pinch rollers as requested. And as professionals I shouldn't even ask them to do so... . When calling them I could bring my device the same day back. Me giving them a second chance on this repair. After almost 1 more month or repair later, when I got the device back and testing the device. It was still eating my tapes and playing slower than before. I decided to stop going back to them, 2 screws on the bottom of the transport where missing. I asked them to send me the missing screws + some tape card they forgot giving me back. They send me back some screws and 2 tape cards, but the screws where self drilling instead of the original ones. This closed the door for me. As professionals they couldn't even put back the original screws...
In the mean time I replaced the pinch rollers myself with spares that I ordered from the internet. And no more tapes being eaten and I got the speed back....
I can add pictures if needed, but again I let some details out because it's to much to mention. Even this one is still even long for the short story. Oh yeah and the one that hurts the most is that I payed 463€ for this. So my advice and experience, stay away from this shop and look elsewhere.
