Highgrove Beds Ltd Avis 

Have just got a coppersleep 2000 mattress through a local retailer and have never slept better. Amazaing product, lots of info and really looks built to last. Horray for no more bad back every morning

Just had delivery of a Astrid 2000 very quick delivery and the best nights sleep I have had in a long time, bought a end opening ottoman base to go with it and head board. Loads of storage in the base very sturdy and easy to lift.

Bought 2 single adjustable beds to john together twice both mattresses have been comprised in the at one side on each mattresses one matters has been replaced. Remote control have never worked Bought feom Archer's sleep center would recommend highgrove or Archer's

I can add to the poor reviews. Within a year of puchase my mattress was 3cm lower on one side. Bradbeers arranged a replacement but with two months the same tging happened. Bradbeers sent a technician who confirmed the problem and also a depression in my wife’s mattress but Highgrove have denied liability and claimed it is because I sat on the edge! Who doesn’t? Just not fit for purpose. Credit to Bradbeers they are tr6ing to resolve the situation but struggling!
Update, Bradbeers want to send another engineer and refuse to honour my rights under the consumer protection act to get a refund as I have allowed the one attempt to correct the problem which has clearly failed. I asked for a copy of their engineers report but they refused so I have given them 7 days to agree to the refund after which it will be a small claims court. Such a shame as they used to be one of our ptrferred suppliers!

Just bought our super king size after having back ache- I’ve purchased mattresses in the past for 4 times the amount and used to good quality, I was looking for a good budget mattress and be honest the best £500 I’ve spent in a while! Highly recommend.

Awful mattress company, do not purchase! The mattress has developed a large hump inside, the memory foam topper has come loose away from the memory foam inside! Clear manufacturing default but they won’t do anything! Awful service and awful mattress. Only had it 2 years paid over £1k!

High Grove Purity 2000 pocket sprung same mattress has a different name in different shops/stores so u can never compare the prices.

Had the mattress 3 years and comes with a 10 warranty.

Warning they never pay u out be warned term and conditions cover them not u literally no warranty unless it's within 12 months

in 65 years experience I have never had such a poor quality mattress in my life the Highgrove Lux 2000 purchased from Furniture Village after less than 2 years used at weekends ONLY by 1 person this mattress went out of shape now after just over 3 years the material has started to become "thread bare" WHAT A JOKE "Beds of Fine Quality" COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY BUY SOMETHING ELSE NOT FROM HIGHGROVE!!!!

Faulty mattress. Would not refund, did not accept the mattress had not been 'bent' by us. I can assure you it was never bent out of shape. Be careful all, a lot of faulty complaint reviews..Quickly corrected with a flurry of 5-star 'reviews'. Shysters.

We have purchased four Highgrove beds over the last 6 years. Each of them have been fantastic. Very comfortable and good value for money. Two of them have ottoman bases and they have proved themselves both reliable and practical. I would definitely recommend this manufacturer.

I initially bought a front lift ottoman bed from Highgrove in 2019 and was so impressed I ordered another 2 ottoman beds, both with Gel Latex 2000 mattresses for my children and they've been very happy with them.
I recommended to 2 other family members who have both since ordered beds and mattresses from Highgrove (Zonagel 3400 Mattress 2021) & (Zonagel 2400 mattress 2023) and they've both been really pleased too. Would thoroughly recommend - price, service and quality excellent.

Bought 2 of these beds, had delivery August 22. Excellent cake and quality. Quick delivery, from my local store Arthur Llewelyn Jenkins, would definitely recommend.

We have bought a mattress and Ottoman couple of years ago for our main bedroom, and last week for the spare bedroom. Just came!
Looks just perfect, so comfortable and very reasonably priced.
Highly recommended.

Bought an ottoman bed from this company last year and it has been by far the best ottoman as previous ones l had from elsewhere has not lasted more than a year without problems. Bought another ottoman for the spare room and it's just as good.
