It didn’t take long to list it at all. You can do it in 10 minutes, but we took about an hour and a half over it. We wanted the listing to look really good. What we liked was the control we had, from photographs to property description and price. We could change any of that 24/7.

When we listed, our property appeared on Places (in Jersey) and Jitty (in the UK). For free. We did an open viewing. We had 4 other viewings. And it was fun. Direct contact with potential buyers, personal engagement and chatting about the apartment. It resonated with those potential buyers. It was a happy experience. This may be because It's only been on there for a few days. It could also be because my ad is not constructed very well? So, the rating is solely based on responses (which have been zero).
