Hilltop Honey Avis 

I've used Hilltop Honey on a couple of occasions now and always found them to be efficient in the service they provide and communication and updates for my order is always very good.
The product itself are always agreeable with me and I've never had any gastric issues when using them.

Just started to trial the energy sticks during my long runs and so far good no tummy problems/cramps!

Hilltop Honey had a fantastic half-price offer on for Black Friday. I bought six jars of their Manuka honey. It arrived in a box big enough for sixty jars, with absolutely no packing to protect the small amount of jars from rolling about inside the huge box. One jar was broken, and my experience with customer service was gruelling. I don’t know if they had a lot of issues because of the Black Friday rush, but I experienced apathy when I asked for a refund for my jar ( I paid £4 for a jar usually £8 ). My money is very important to me these days, I will hound companies for a refund.
So, I eventually got my refund, but what amazed me was they didn’t think to even offer me a money-off voucher for a future purchase. I even told them this lack of sweetener was a surprise, but they weren’t bothered.
I think their customer service is among the poorest I’ve encountered.
The product is okay, but I think it’s generally overpriced.

I’ll never purchase your honey again, sorry. It’s constantly on offer in my local supermarkets, but I still wouldn’t buy it.

I received an order of agave nectar, the bottle is 7”x4” - it came in a huge box 15”x11” and 12” deep and also contained half a bin bag of polystyrene chips. This is the most disgustingly environmentally unfriendly and ecologically unsound practice I’ve ever come across. You could have packed at least 30 bottles in the box. Shame on you Hilltop honey, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Tried honeys from elsewhere but none came close to Hilltop Honey. Best quality, cheaper than elsewhere and great company.

Terrible taste to it threw the jar in the bin,tasted like medican years ago avoid and waist of money

Have tried the different flavours of Hilltop Honey and my favourite is the Welsh Blossom. I use it in my tea and on top of my porridge or toast. I also like the honeycomb! A sweet treat!
