HIMALAYA CARPETS LIMITED Avis

I am quite happy with your service. This is the 3rd time l am using it and will recommend it to others.

Quality carpet & lino. Competetive pricing and helpful store manager.
Prompt delivery and well executed with excellent workmanship.
Would definitely use them again.
Thank you Shammi.

I really like the carpets and Lino I chose. The two men who fitted my carpets Jaggi and Satnam were superb, lovely guys, polite and helpful.
The waiting time for the carpets to be fitted was longer than I expected but the service in the store, and when having my flat measured was good.
I felt the price was a little high and payment for moving big objects seemed wrong. I have lived in my property 21 years - I had to get teams of people to come and help me as I am disabled and could not lift or pay the price. To say 2 rooms need to be totally clear was so stressful - other stores had said they move a wardrobe from one place to another but they didn’t have the carpet I wanted.

Loving my new carpets, the guys did a brilliant job fitting it and cleaned up afterwards 😊

Very good service and fitting

I have been using himalaya carpets several years now great choices of carpet and flooring customer service were great my carpet job was done with great care the guys who fitted the carpet were very nice and friendly their timing was good, I would recommend himalaya carpets

Very good experience with Himalaya. Picked a mid budget carpet for spare room. Very good price, good quality and quick fitting. I would definitely recommend and use Himalaya again

Himalaya carpet has provided great service. From buying to installing the carpet to the property. Lady at reception was very helpful and helped us a lot.

I had a very great experience with them
And it wasn’t the first time, I bought from them. Thanks very much

From start of dealings to having their estimator check measurements to fantastic deals on a huge variety of carpets, the service has been professional and courteous. Timing was vital and the team delivered 100% on time and the fitting team were good and took their time to ensure the various areas were complete. I will highly recommend and will be returning to get the rest of the house fitted with new carpets.

Couldn’t ask for a better company to fit carpet in our house! From start to finish, they were very helpful and even got a cheeky discount! Please look for Navpreet, you would not get disappointed!

Found minor fitting faults, informed the shop but still no one has come back.

Himalaya carpets very good service staff very friendly good prices Southall best carpets shops 10of 10 numbers good job 👍👍👍

I cannot recommend this carpet shop highly enough. My family has been coming here for over 40 years and throughout that time we have always received the same excellent service, quality and value for money.

The carpets are always of outstanding quality, with a fantastic range to choose from and prices that are genuinely competitive. The fitting service is the perfect finishing touch carried out with great care, professionalism and attention to detail. The fitters take pride in their work and the end result is always finished to the highest standard.

It is rare to find a business that maintains such consistently high standards over so many years. We have always been extremely happy customers and would not go anywhere else for our carpets.

Second time using Himalaya carpets and all good both times. Their carpets are well priced and fitting on both occasions has been on time as agreed, and the fitters have been very efficient and polite too. I also like the fact that they're not constantly trying to upsell as they are in the large chains. So, for example, on the last occasion when re-doing my daughter's bedroom, there was perfectly good underlay and grippers already in place and they did not suggest that this would need replacing nor try to sell us new underlay that we did not need.

Very happy with carpet.
Staff very helpful
Would recommend

Have been buying carpets/flooring from them about 40 years always good value.Best thing they come&measure your place for you.

Really good service. I am giving 4*
Because this although fitting was good . But they did not clear up the mess they made/left a dangerous Stanley Knife blade on floor thank god my son saw it otherwise I may stepped on it with bare feet.

All work persons from businesses clear up .

We understand they have jobs all day so were in a rush I paid to have a bed &tv stand moved to next room and put back once floor done.
But they were reluctant. As in rush

Will definitely be going to back Himlaya Carpets .

We are loyal returning customers.

Price as agreed. They arrived on time at the agreed date, and did an excellent job. All remnants were cleaned up and removed.

Himalayan Carpets were 50% cheaper when compared to Tapi Carpets. A very nice and kind elderly Sikh gentleman helped process our order. Although, the delivery date of the carpet and installation slipped by a couple of days, Himalayan Carpets phoned us in advance and kept us informed, which was gratefully appreciated.
On the day of the installation, it only took them one hour to remove the old carpet and fit the new carpet, both on the stairs and the landing. I was hugely impressed, with their speed and efficiency, I was personally expecting them to take at least a few hours to do the job. I would definitely recommend Himalayan Carpets and would certainly use them again. They also had the courtesy to ring me the next day to check that I was happy with the fitting and installation, which was a very nice touch, I was pleasantly surprised as no one does that these days. Thank you Himalayan Carpets for your professionalism and customer care.
