I ordered a custom picture pendant on March 5, 2026 Order No. HHB#285786 I'm writing this on April 16th. Never received my order. Even sent me an Email to review the pendant that I never received smh!
Payed almost $400 for nothing.
I have tried to contact them but, that is not possible. They dont pick up phone or respond to Email. Im very disappointed and missed the date I really needed it for smh. Hopefully my bank will refund me. I learned my lesson... Please dont say this is a fake review. Im a real customer that has spent thousands with this company.

I ordered a pendant from you guys on March 22,2026. I have not received my order. It has just been a label created, after my order was placed I was informed that the pendant was sold out. I've ordered from you once before and never had this problem. I have tried calling and the number is invalid. I need some one to reach out to me ASAP about this matter. Thank you. I paid $524.97 I just want u guys to make it right either give me a refund or send me what I order or a replacement. I feel played or scammed when no one responds at all but still sends me emails about sales plz let’s make it right.

Approximately one month ago, I ordered a pendant but did not receive the chain that accompanies it. I have contacted customer service multiple times through calls, emails, and various other means to address this issue. No one is responding but they keep emailing me about other deals. Stop this business if no one will respond.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are completely unresponsive—like dealing with ghosts. They do not respond to customers or provide any meaningful communication. My refund took 3–4 weeks, and the only way to get your money back is through a dispute. Believe everyone who left a 1-star rating—they deserve it, and this company needs far more attention for how it operates. Proceed with extreme caution.

I have ordered from here the jewelry is great but the customer service is awful they want return your email to return something the phone number they give they never answer it and the inbox is full I dont recommend ordering from here unless youre sure you want it because the communication sucks bad you cant get in touch with anyone!!! They need better customers service which help consumers to give the people what they want!!
