Due to a mistake on my part
Due to a mistake on my part, I discovered that the MOT on my car expired the day before I was due to go on holiday. I phoned around numerous testing stations with a negative result. When I called HiQ, and explained my predicament, they told me that although they were busy, they would test my vehicle the same day. I knew that I needed a couple of tyres, which they provided at a very competitive price. The service that I received was first class and all the staff were polite and friendly. I will certainly use them again in the future. (Bonus was that the car passed!). Well done Chris and team.

Water pump
Quoted 4-5 hours for a water pump change and was done in under 3. No problems, can’t complain. Stellar service.

Honest & Professional
Clean and welcoming garage, with plenty of parking.
We were given honest advice, after I had suggested that I thought my vehicle need a wheel alignment - to which I was told I didn’t and there was therefore no need to spend money on it.
The work that was carried out was done in the time frame agreed and the guys there were very communicative throughout.

Incredibly good value for money
Incredibly good value for money. Got 2 new premium front tyres, a full service, MOT, and change of break fluid all for £400. Best value I’ve seen. Curtis on the front desk is brilliant.
