Wow! What a top quality service! Went in for a tire change with no appointment, these guys really looked after me. They ended up slotting me in for an intermediate service also.
Very polite and professional, HIQ is my new go to!

Fast Convenient ! I booked in at formula one and they turned me down saying they double booked popped into HIq and they done my mot straight away

Going above and Beyond - Kris the 'angel'
Let me start by saying it takes a hell of a lot to impress me. It is so very easy to underplay how good some of these centres are. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Kris at the Aylesbury centre. The day started with the disappointment of the MOT tester ringing in sick. Kris (Chris) went over and above to get a replacement tester in, and worked very late into the evening to have my daughter's car sorted. He was courteous, helpful and reassuring all through the day. Refreshing to see when a member of staff demonstrates such excellent customer service i.e - going the extra mile. Thank you guys!. Appreciate the sacrifice and disappointment against odds, to ensure the MOT was done. Please keep this up. One more thing, please sort out that wonderful coffee machine by my next visit...Lol!
