Booked appointment to have 2 front tyres fitted to my Mini online at the Barwell site which is only 10mins from my house so very convenient.
Arrived on the booked day, car taken straight into the garage and tyres fitted - very impressed.

The two front tyres I ordered online were ready and waiting for me on the pre-arranged day. The gentleman fitting the tyres was very polite, friendly, helpful and professional, and had them fitted within about 20 minutes. So far so good they seem great. I’m extremely satisfied and pleased with the service I received.

I used the HiQ website. I selected the tyres that I wanted, the website said that they would be available the following day so I made an appointment which was confirmed.
When I attended the following day the chap that I spoke to said that they didn't have the tyres, and that he couldn't check because it was his first day back at work after a year off sick and that everything, including the computer, had changed! Hardly my problem I thought, but was too polite to say. I had clearly wasted my time effort and fuel.

Ordered my tyres online, Tyres was fitted within 24 hours and only took them 20 mins to fit from me arriving. Also £50+ cheaper than any other online platform and had the specific tyre I desired to match my rears. Very happy Experience, will return again.

Had a tyre changed on 2 different cars in the last 2 days and Dillon was fantastic. Very friendly, very quick and very efficient. Will definitely be returning when in need of more new tyres.

Ordered tyres online,nxt day wasn't available due to tyres not being local,had calls keeping me updated on when tyres would be in stock,48hrs later all fitted and 1 happy customer.

Only driving about 1000 miles a year currently and wanted some good budget tyres. They had an excellent price for budget tyres compared to others and is only 2 minutes from my door. Good service, polite and professional - would recommend

The HiQ Centre was the best price locally for the run flat tyres I needed. I ordered them online and was pleasantly surprised to see payment would only be taken after fitting. On the day I arrived at the start of my scheduled service window and was directed to a bay straight away, and was then asked to take a seat in reception. The fitting was quick and clean, and the staff pleasant and courteous. Only minor issue was that they couldn't easily find my order on their system, but this was quickly resolved and payment taken. I've not used this centre before, but would consider using them in the future, subject to price.

Easy to deal with.

Service was ok. Man on the counter was abit rude. Paid and came away happy ish but then I have looked online at competitors in the area and for the same tyre I paid £94 for is costing £58 at other companies. Not sure how it could be such a big price difference between Barwell Tyres and other companies within a few miles. Maybe I was charged wrong?

Friendly service good quality and quick. Can't ask for better than that!
