The service at hiq was brilliant mark was great nothing was to much trouble great service

Went in today needed a tyre mark checked it out it had damage to the sidewall so we needed a new one he didn't have one in stock but managed to get us one with in the hour we are visiting from Australia so we were clueless were to go or what we needed doing but mark got us fixed up & back on the road thank you so much fantastic service.

Arrived at 9.00am with a nail in a rear tyre which they repaired and had me on my way in under half an hour. Great customer service I hadn't booked in so really appreciated the rapid service.
Will definitely use in future.

Just had an MOT and service with HiQ in Halton with Roy, who was brilliant, friendly, efficient and helpful as always. I dealt with Mark for the payment and found him to also be friendly and efficient. I have been using this garage for many years and will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.

Spoke to Mark on the phone about a puncture and he asked me to bring it in in an hour or so. He was quick to check it and fortunately it could be repaired so he got on with it. It was all done and dusted before I had chance to finish my coffee! He loaded it back in the car for me and I drove away very happy with the excellent service.

Managed to fix my engine light issue after visiting previous garages who's answer was to reset the code or change the wrong parts. Happy with the price paid and can now relax over an issue that has lasted a year! Cheers Mark!

Originally popped in to have a slow puncture fixed and it was found to be the tyre valve stem that was at fault. Because they couldn't get an exact replacement ( had a pressure sensor on it) they popped a std valve in to get me going - no charge!
Today I went back with the correct valve so the sensor could be put back in the wheel. Thought it was the least I could do, then pay for the service. Again, no charge. It's noice to know customer service still exists and I know where I'll be taking my cars in future.
Thanks to the helpfull guys at HiQ. Highly rated.

Exvellent service with a slow puncture identified and fixed within 25 minutes of turning up. Mark was fab throughout.

The tyre and tyre pressure monitor were fixed but then tyre pressure monitor is not working and reading the pressure of the tyre and now the light had come on again saying it needs to be fixed again. I contacted them and they advised they would call be back when a device had been received to fix it and a week later it's still not done. So not a great experience all around

Pick up very straight forward, car and MOT certificate were ready.

The team at Halton are always spot on. Even with things that they (rarely) can't fix they are always offer up solutions. Always get my MOTs and Services here and would recommend them to my friends and family and wider Everytime!!!
