HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Honiton Avis 

The clutch on my Ford C-Max failed on a local journey at night and the car was returned to my home by Green Flag. I rang HiQ in Honiton the next day and they arranged to pick my car up and rang me the following day to tell me that it was ready to pick up having fitted a new clutch and checked the wiring. I was really pleased with the friendly and efficient service I received.

My daughter has a puncture not far from this branch. Tyre was wrecked so using the goo provided with the car wasnt a good idea. So I took the wheel off and took it down to HiQ. They couldnt have been more helpful, on the case straight away and everything done and dusted in no time. Courteous, considerate, helpful. Cheers.

Just used HiQ in Honiton for two new front tyres for Honda Jazz. Website was easy to use and price was excellent. Turned up at agreed time, served by Paul and tyres fitted by Matty. Excellent job; just time for a quick coffee (30 mins); efficient & professional and would thoroughly recommend.

This is the first time I have used HiQ in Honiton and I have to say that they did everything they could for me. I called on the Thursday morning ( ahead of a bank holiday weekend) with size of the tyres I needed for my caravan. They had them in by lunch time and fitted by 2pm.

Service was great thank you guys, especially Paul and Dave. If I am in Honiton and in need of tyres again I will be returning to these guys.

We were on holiday in the area and needed an emergency tyre change. I called first thing on Monday and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. This continued when we arrived. Even had some tourist information included! Would highly recommend.

Am so grateful for the prompt and helpful advice and service received from Paul and his team on Thursday. Had a terrible shock earlier this week when regular garage I use, called me when car was in for service and MOT, to say I need a specialist to sort out an over tightened locking wheel nut which they couldnt budge. Reckon I'd been driving on it unaware for c 4 weeks after having had a puncture fixed and dread to think how I could have been stranded had I had another puncture before becoming aware of the issue.

We came down to the area for a short break and unfortunately on the day of our departure we noticed our car had a flat back tyre. We googled the local area and saw HiQ wasn’t far and had amazing reviews. The reviews were correct, they didn’t have our tyre on the shelf so drove to Exeter to pick one up. We turned up are 12, told they would call us by 14:30 - recommended us a lovely pub to get some lunch from, they called before 14:30 and when we arrived they fitted our tyre within 10 minutes. The guys were so lovely and pleasant to deal with really made having an annoying start to the day a bit better. Huge thanks to Paul and Nath!

This garage was my salvation on my holiday in Devon. I had a damage tyre from hitting a pot hole. Despite being busy, Paul asked me to come into the garage where they obliged with replacing the damaged tyre with my spare. On my home from my holiday, I managed to find another pot hole and, again, needed to a replacement tyre. I called Paul again after contacting my breakdown recovery service who kindly arranged for a replacement tyre to be balanced and fitted.

Thank you Paul and Dave, who fitted the tyres on both occasions, for you flexibility and efficiency. I would highly recommend this garage.

I went in because I had a flat on my BMW . I explained to Paul that i needed to get to Sidmouth. He tried to get a replacement tyre as quick as possible but it was going to be between 3 and 4 hours before he could get it. He then went out of his way to get me a car which i could borrow while mine was being sorted. The customer service i received is the best i have ever known and not only will i go back there with any further problems but i would also recommend them to anyone else to do so

These guys helped us get back on the road quickly and amazingly, replacing the clutch on our van in 1 day even when they were short staffed, they went above and beyond help knowing that we were in a rush to get on the road. Thanks so much you legends!

This was the first time I've used HiQ and had two front tyres fitted. The service was excellent, Paul and his staff were very friendly and helpful, the car was returned to me in a very clean condition with both wheels cleaned. A good job done at very competitive price, many thanks.
