Very HiQ
An outstanding experience. The website is so simple to use and provides all the necessary information from just the car's registration number. I chose the tyres I needed, booked a time and that was that.
The staff were seasoned fitters and very polite. A quick and professional turn around and I was on my way. They're also cheaper than Black Circles (at least for my tyres) and I like supporting a local business.
Thoroughly recommended.

Great service
Great service from the guys, very friendly, helpful and professional, my car was ready in 20 minutes, couldn’t fault them in any way and it was nice to see happy workers, I will be using them again.

Helpful and great service
From telephone enquiry to popping along for quick consultation; friendly, helpful and great service. Eventually, after checking out a few other local places and prices, I decided on using HiQ Horley and booked tyres/appointment on line. I received a call and we confirmed time of required appointment. Turned up at appointed time, tyres fitted and couldn't fault their helpfulness or service. Would definitely use again.

Tyre was not delivered yet, the two guys had a tyre in stock and had me on my way in under 15 mins for the same price as the online order. Great service.

Don't trust the "confirmed" fitting date.
I placed an online order for tyres which were to be fitted at my local depot.
I chose a date for fitment (Thursday 14th Oct between 12pm and 5pm) but when I turned up at the branch, I was informed that the tyres were not there and the earliest they would be would be the following morning.
If this was the case, why was I able to choose a fitment date before this? and why wasn't I informed that the tyres had not arrived on the due date so that I wouldn't have needed to take time off work to make a wasted journey?
