Had a bit of emergency and needed tyres quick. I got a pair of premium tyres.for just over half of the cost of my previous ones at an other supplier.
Tyres where there when promised and dispite having to squeeze me in they were fitted within 30 mins.

Got a pair of Pilot 4 Michelin run flats at better price inc fitting than I could find online, were available next day.

My Dads Car went in for and MoT and a service during the MoT it needed a spring broken due to poor roads 😬 anyway the team at HiQ Livingston managed to get the spring replaced and though it’s MOT and the service was completed great Garage with fantastic service 👏🏻👏🏻

I cant think the team at HIQ Livingston enough. I have been going there for a number of years now. there always been so helpful getting my car fixed at a very reasonable price. Use should give them a go see how amazing there Team is

No one has contacted me to date! Emailed customer services enquiring how investigation going got no response!

I would not recommend! Put my 2 year old car in for routine service on a Saturday at 830am told it would be ready for 1130am. Received a call at 1130 to be told having problem with parts come back at 1230 closing time. Picked up told all fine drove home. Didn’t use car until left early Monday morning for work, 10 minutes in to journey, fill car with oil warning came on. Called Livingston branch with my concern, in afternoon to be told they haven’t reset computer, just come in when you can, arrived home at 530pm to see driveway covered in oil. Risked driving to branch on Tuesday ended up waiting over hour to be told there was a washer issue and they filled oil.This was extremely dangerous to both car and myself. I complained to head office they acknowledged receipt of complaint and heard nothing back, chased response and nothing. Disgraceful service and dangerous. Staffing issues were obvious as all tyre repairs were turned away as no fitters makes me wonder who actually serviced my car dangerously.
