Excellent service as always.
Had my car serviced at main dealer and they found a nail. Bought a tyre on line through HiQ website and they were able to source and fit the same afternoon. Great service again!

Don't trust that you will be able to get tyres replaced if they are not in stock. The web site is poor for this
Booked to have 2 tyres replaced on a Saturday, got a call late on Friday (too late to go elsewhere) to say they were not in stock and could not be ordered in time, so I would have to change my booking to the following week. This meant time off work. When talking about it the person on the phone was pretty surly about it.
Once there the service was OK. Exactly as you would expect. Nothing out of the ordinary, but certainly efficient enough.

Tyre fitting service at a reasonable cost
Booked online and received a phone call asking for the tyre size. It was easy to choose a date and slot to suit. Took the car in at the appointed time and tyre was fitted and I was able to pay on my bankers card. Great service.

High Quality at Competitive Prices
Tyre replacement. HiQ Offered the same service as the bigger tyre chains, faster turn around and good quality. Very responsive on communication and let me know when delivery was delayed by an hour due to factors out of their control.
