Been here a few times with multiple problems and they are just the best. Always go above and beyond and provide top quality service in very little time. Tom and his crew are brill!

Very helpful staff, easy to talk to and honest. They helped me identify a serious issue and didn't charge me for the repair.

Dropped my Leon in for new shocks, the lads there were able to an appointment quickly and walked me through options. Thanks for Jake too for actually fitting the new ones. Been using HiQ somercotes a lot over the years and while I hope not to see them am always glad when I do need their help.

Fantastic service as always. Thorough, fast, and great communication. Sean and the team really are a credit to HiQ.

Having used this garage for three years purely with it being on my door step it’s the last time I ever will.

1. Lost my log book and blamed me.
2. Unable to provide a checklist for any service records or MOT.
3. No systematic quality checks in place to ensure the customers are getting what they paid for.
4. Had to take the car back for the hand brake to be reset.
5. Got charged to replace the brake pads when the week before they was inspected and was ok.
6. Have had to top the oil up after a few weeks after the service.
7. Failed to place the caps back on the filters correctly.
8. Always suggest they are right when o have a photo of the log book and locking wheel but on the passenger seat.
9. Absolute dead head in the office who has no customer service training whatsoever.
10. Very little attention to any form of quality or customer service.

What was a £185 service and 39 MOT cost £385. This garage will scam you as much as they can , no oil , £40 for additives they don’t even put in and then just top fluids up.

BTW they don’t respond to any correspondence so the notes are fake too. Just avoid these clowns

Ask for the checklist from them for evidence of any work.

On top of this my car recently rolled down a hill and smashed into a lamp post - the root cause of this was incorrectly fitted brake pads.

HIQ please speak with Kirk at Turners Garage Doncaster regarding the quality of your work. Maybe start employing technicians that have a level of training and perform some sort of over check for everyone’s safety. Legal response coming.

I popped into the Somercotes branch today to ask about replacing 2 tyres, I spoke to a really great guy (sorry, didn't get your name) and he looked at my car and advised I didn't actually need any tyres, they just needed moving from front to back, and did it for me there and then and did it for free, totally unexpected and totally appreciated, such a surprise and nice not to be taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars, tyres etc, for good honest advice use these guys....

Excellent service. Staff are extremely helpful and informative. The Manager Shaun answered my questions without hesitation even though I had explained the problem in a "female" way not knowing much about cars. I will certainly use this garage again and will recommend highly to my family and friends.

Fitted my car in for a tyre repair at no notice.
All the 3 men ( Tom, Sean and Dave) who I had contact with at Somercotes were so helpful and cheerful.
Sat waiting for an hour a so - they were exactly the same with all other customers, delivery men and phone calls.
Will definitely be using them again.

I had a slow puncture on one of my tyres. I called in to see if I could book it in to be looked at. I didn't need to book it in as they had tyres in stock and were able to replace it there and then. On checking my other tyres, they noticed I had a tyre that was close to the legal tread limit, which was also replaced for me. I'd not noticed this myself. Great service and the lads were really helpful.

Been using this garage for a few years and trust in them, 10/10 would recommend .

I took my car in to these guys as having an issue, they were friendly and very informative. They couldn't do enough for us and I was back on the road within few hours even though they had to order parts in.
Will be using this garage in future what a very pleasant change. I am very happy

Very grateful for the help from the garage today after trying to change my tire which had popped close by and I was struggling. The manager came to help me and showed me what to do so I may have an idea if this ever happens again. Really appreciate being helped to be able to get home safely and will definitely be using the garage in future.

I ask as soon as I dropped car in if could do it by dinner he said no problem I will do it straight for you, if you don’t mind waiting, wouldn’t take car anywhere else. Top lads doing anything for you.
