Absolutely Brilliant
Hands down, this is quite simply the best customer experience I have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble, prompt, friendly reliable service and an absolute example of excellence. Highly highly recommend going to see Kim or one of her team.

I had a great experience using HiQ…
I had a great experience using HiQ online. I booked my MOT then someone from the garage called me back to confirm a date. I dropped the car off the night before they worked on it then gave me a rough time to come back and collect. The customer service was brilliant and I felt more then comfortable being there as a woman. Other garages I've felt awkward being on my own but not this one.

Happy with service
Unfortunately the MOT dates I selected online were no longer available by the time I received a call back a couple of days later so I had to wait an extra week - which was less than ideal hence a star deducted.
Other than that, service and friendliness of staff at the garage was perfect. Can’t fault.
In summary - would recommend HiQ but ring them if you’re in a rush, don’t enquire online!

Had 4 new tyres fitted a few weeks ago
Had 4 new tyres fitted a few weeks ago, was very quick and the guy who fitted them was very friendly and helpful, was impressed. Had MOT recently unfortunately the car failed on LED in headlight. The young lady on reception explained the situation very precisely. I got a replacement headlight and again the young lady was very helpful at getting my car in to be fixed. A few days later the car went in, and for brakes too, I expected the car to be away a couple of days but later that morning a guy phoned to say my car was fixed and ready to go. Was a really nice surprise !! And I thought at a reasonable cost too. Well done to all at HiQ at St Austell. Very pleased !
