Only fault didn't have tyre in stock. Ran up Franck day before told no appointments on Sat. Went on line and plenty of bookings basically none taken.
Made booking and then no problem

Great to have Hi-Q look at my car
Great to have Hi-Q look at my car, they put 4 new tyres on and gave it an MOT, they were quick and easy for me to bring my car leave it with them and called me once it was done.

Good engineers but the website...
Good engineers who did the job in double quick time.
The only negative was that having ordered the tyres online on visiting the service centre I was informed I needed run flats (that I knew) however there wasn't a prompt on the website to see whether this was needed. It was just these are the tyres for your car (having put the registration in), press here to order when they weren't actually the correct tyres. There wasn't an option to choose variations.
To be fair to the team, they ordered them and had them delivered on the same day so I wasn't overly inconvenienced.

Online booking was easy
Online booking was easy. Tyers requested were ready when I arrived at the appointed time and fitted for me to collect one hour later. I am very pleased with the tyers I selected, the steering is positive, and the ride is comfortable and quiet.

Well organised and good service
Well organised ; arrived at appointment time and started job promptly, advised me about an issue with another tyre and repaired it at the same time .. good service all round at a fair price

HiQ Worcester - a great team
I had booked the tyres and service slot on line. The branch manager then called me to say the slot was after closing time - so we agreed the car could get there earlier.
That gentle guidance went on throughout the visit. A great team at HiQ Worcester who really know huge amount about tyres.
