Ordered special edition album online and picked up from local HMV ,very easy to collect i also had 14 days to collect so suited my schedule and staff were helpful and friendly

Lovely staff that help and support
you to find quality cds boxsets and really anything you need that isn't in store. They'll notify you if what you want is in stock and for people who don't like online shopping you can pay and collect in your store!

I ordered a Blu-ray and got an e mail…
I ordered a Blu-ray and got an e mail from hmv telling me it was in store but when a got there it hadn’t arrived but there were some on the new release rack but I was told I couldn’t have one of them as they weren’t allowed to go against company policy which said I must wait for the one I ordered which I thought was stupid considering there where some there and they could have replaced one to give me with my ordered one when it arrived. I now have to make another trip into town as I got a phone call when I got home saying it had arrived.i can’t believe that hmv use two postal services for bulk and private orders

Periodically faulty CD
CD arrived on time n played perfectly the first 2 tmes. The next day it wouldn't play at all, even though other CDs played perfectly tried it again n just got tweeting noises so took it to your Blackpool shop where it played perfectly. Assistant still offered me a new one but was out of stock so took it back home n it's played well ever since so will keep it!
