Not well stocked stores
Had to order an album to arrive which wasn't in the local store which isn't that well stocked.

Order in Shop And Collect in shop
It’s a Great experience being able to order a Product in the HMV shop and then have it delivered to the same shop.
This makes life very easy for me because I live locally-The staff could not have been more helpful-Excellent service.

Best media store
I always use hmv when I buy music or films. They are good on pre orders and have a good selection of back catalogue material too. They send emails to confirm purchases and for tracking. Best media store.

I received an email saying it has been…
I received an email saying it has been dispatched which said I'd get another email when it was ready for collection. Since I didn't receive another email I accepted that I wouldn't be able to get it before Christmas. I still haven't received another email, but having logged into my account it says it's ready for collection. So has it been ready this whole time and I could have got it before Christmas?

The store assistant was very polite,helpful,he checked the shop stock found that they did not have the dvd in the store,he then was able to order me the dvd and he offered to have it straight to my home address,
