I pre ordered an album for the day of relise thinking it would be there on the day. It came a day late so I would of been better just buying it in store.

Item wasn't available in store but warehouse. Staff member was helpful, ordered it for collection. Order was ready for collection on expected date. No problems at all. Had a good experience.
