Lovely knowledgeable staff. The tech was reasonable. Bought skull candy earphones that allows you to actually still hear people talking to you. 59 pounds. Teenager wowed

K-pop albums!
Amazing customer service! And most importantly, there are k-pop items and albums but it would be better if there are more k-pop based items.

Hmv is great
I love HMV the vibe in it is always so nice the workers are kind and helpful and overall I enjoy going they and try to go when I can even if it's just to look around

HMV Bradford The Best Store
I'm out of the 'Ark'when it comes to Technology, and the films and music I want to purchase, the staff at the Bradford West Yorkshire store are the 'Best' exceptional, no more so than the gentleman man who served me, nothing was to much trouble for him, patient,kind , helpful, efficient, answered all my random questions, he knows his job, stock ,whole shop, excellent first class knowledge, he has come to my assistantance on several occasions when I shop there.

Expert service from true high street heroes
The Bradford Broadway store team were very helpful and polite, answered my queries with confidence and helped me get my item ordered in store. Very quick and easy process, the order and delivery process explained fully and then very quick delivery time too. My item arrived well packaged and secure with no damage and was exactly as advertised

I have never ordered on line before and didn't have a clue how to get the receipt on my email to collect my dvd but the cashier helped me to find it and should me how to search for things in my email for future purchases, very kind man and not condescending, went above and beyond thank you

HMV … You really are THE BEST
It’s always been my favourite shop, (I still buy film and music cd, you cannot beat it), wherever I’m in the country and Never had a bad experience, staff are such of a pleasure to deal with and incredibly helpful
