Another site let me down on a Christmas…
Another site let me down on a Christmas present for my Niece, on the off chance I looked on HMV and they had the album I was looking for. So near to Christmas they sent me the record in time and now they will be the first place I look

I ordered 2 4K blu ray for a great deal…
I ordered 2 4K blu ray for a great deal and they were delivered. Full marks.
I also bought in store and had to exchange twice as unwanted gifts. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The customer service
The customer service.
I couldn't find the items I was looking for but the sale assistant came over to me and said as it was not in store he could order it for me and I could collect it from store or have it delivered to my home as I dont do online shopping I was very pleased he do this for me and get it for me so soon.
I did go into the store to collect it as it's so good to browse around in there.
It was the bromley store and I will be going back soon as it's very well stocked and well laid out.

DVD ordered to collect in store
Cam who ordered for me in the Bromley Store made the process easy. The order was easy to collect from the store and arrived within the time stated. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

It's handy to collect when it suits me.
It's handy to have the option to collect from local store for free. Better would be if when ordering we were told that item was available in stock at the local store.
