The staff was very helpful They didn’t have the cd I wanted so ordered it me online which I was so pleased for as I’ve been looking for the cd for a long time. The staff are always there to help and nothing it to much trouble. I would recommend the Bury HMV to anyone.

Knowledgeable staff.
After looking around for what wanted without success, I asked for help. This was swiftly done and suggestions were made, this led to securing an order for my request for the DVD Spectre but in blue ray. All dealt within minutes. Each time I call in I'm reminded of my own experience working in a record department in the 1950's, what a time that was! Only then we didn't have computers... we had lots of catalogues, but we were efficient... such happy times!
