Free delivery
HMV contacted me to notify me of a store relocation whilst I had an order in place. They offered to deliver the item free of charge, which they did, to which I am grateful.

Really easy to preorder my Christmas gift: 50th anniversary Wish You Were Here Pink Floyd. I decided to do click and collect as that was easier for me than have it delivered. Hubby was so pleased with it!

Long extended wait for delivery
Long extended wait for delivery, only positive was that I received regular emails keeping me informed of the on going delay. Poor delivery times!
