He was very nice and easily found our dvd. Also when the man made our initial purchase nothing was too much trouble for him. We use hmv a lot for our dvd and if they haven’t got it they will order it.

The item arrived a few days before Xmas…
The item arrived a few days before Xmas a near week before I was told it would arrive.
The staff at the store were incraably helpful in ordering this for me after looking to see if it was in store.

The staff person
The staff person , a young girl, was absolutely terrific, she helped me so much. I cannot thank her enough, my local hmv is in Doncaster centre and all the staff are top notch!
