Email Address Change
When I ordered a vinyl in store for home delivery the email address was put down wrongly, when I phoned to ask about it, they took no time at all in changing it to the correct email address and the woman on the phone was extremely helpful in doing so and I got my shipping details sent straight to the correct email address soon after I finished the phone call.

I am disappointed as I have an order…
I am disappointed as I have an order which has been payed in full on 15th June and tgere is no sign of it , I arranged to pick it up at your East Kilbride shop , I even called in to see if it was there and quite frankly the person who served me was not to friendly , all I asked was to see if it was there , you would have thought I had asked too much , anyway I still don't have my order 13197593 this is the id

Very low in stock
Not a lot of Blu-ray in stock very small since they moved in East Kilbride. Maybe better traveling into Glasgow or go on line.

Ordered 2 cd's online and although under a £20 value, still enjoyed free delivery to my local store.
Communication throughout placing the order to delivery to store was accurate.
