Fantastic choice of vinyl records in…
Fantastic choice of vinyl records in store and on line, great customer service is store with friendly helpful staff.
However would like to see better organisation of displayed records as found it difficult to find specific record I was looking for.

Vinyls for my 18 year son for Christmas
On both my occasions on hmv this Christmas time for my 18 year old son I was very happy with how the staff helped me. A lady called ciara helped me buy a oaisis limited edition strawberries and cream on vinyl and sent it to be delivered too , i appreciated that and so happy i was able to buy it too, then there was a man called Simon who helped us in finding and getting us the 3x vinyls for £66 my son wanted too, longpigs, stone roses and Other (never heard of) he got them straight away very efficiently done.
Very happy with my experience

Quick and easy ordering
From the time of ordering through to picking up the item the system worked well. Staff at Exeter were very helpful which has always been my experience.

The online purchase was excellent
The online purchase was excellent, however previously we had gone into the Exeter store to try and buy in person. We were told that HMV no longer stocked or sold the Muppet Christmas Carol. It was only when I searched online to buy elsewhere that I discovered that HMV did stock it.

headphones order
i liked that could order and that that got updates. Did not like that the fact after order it was delayed for such a small item headphones to be a fact. Got email saying dispatched but never got a 3rd email to say it had arrived in store. Had to go in and find out myself. Staff did not really want to help much i made them look behind till in order box to see if arrived and it had got no sorry from them for the mis communication over all it arrived but dissapointed in the lack of customer services i got
