Pre ordered an LP which was due to be released on a Friday. I expected to to get an email confirming that it could be picked up on Saturday morning at the latest. Didn't get the email until Monday the... Voir plus

I got my madonna cd on time & in great…
I got my madonna cd on time & in great condition but there was a lot of cardboard for just one cd I haven't listened to it yet but I will soon I am a big fan of madonna

HMV is a great store hope it will always be around
Love HMV im so glad its still around have great memories as a child going in to purchase records. Online service was very easy to use all the information you need on products and if available, or when they will be available. Collection was so easy, hope to see this store stay around for a long time its great that I get to share this with my teenage kids.

Pre-order poor service
Pre ordered an LP which was due to be released on a Friday. I expected to to get an email confirming that it could be picked up on Saturday morning at the latest. Didn't get the email until Monday therefore wasn't able to get it until following Saturday. I won't be pre ordering again. Not good enough !!!

Please be advised that although we do dispatch our pre-orders with the aim of a release date delivery, we are regrettably unable to guarantee this. It is, however, unusual that an order is not received by the release date and for this, we offer our apologies.
