Very good service. I think the man I ordered from was Alfie and he was brilliant. Ordering and collecting from stor very easy and an email to let me know the cd had arrived was appreciated!

Unhelpful, poor customer service skills.
On collection I was informed any problems I need to sort it out on line. I don’t do anything on line, to then be told we’ll come into store and we will give you a number. Lucky to get 3* first and last time !

Pre-ordered the new cure album on vinyl and 2 CDs and came as promised on release date in immaculate condition and also ordered some album ep frames which I've just collected today and came in excellent condition excellent service and the staff were really pleasant and helpful

The guys found me exactly what I was looking for! they were more than helpful I would recommend HMV (UK) to anyone, I have given up on a well-known online shopping outlet... furthermore I'd give feedback to the guys in the Harrogate store as, as I say "one voice in that of many" ie:- If this review were a complaint someone from a higher status would most certainly be on the guys backs! Am I right? or am I right?
