I ordered some earphones online to be delivered to the nearest hmv store. It arrived there within a few days. When I went to collect it, I went into a trance and forgot why I was there.. I started browsing, and ended up buying two books and a cat themed tote bag, remembering the earphones mid transaction. The only reason I've given 4 rather than 5 stars is that I went over budget and have been surviving on what I can find in my cupboard ever since. Reminder to self: just get them delivered to your home address, it's still a fraction of the inevitable cost of browsing in a shop with music, films and books with deals that you'd be a fool to pass on.

Shopping experience
The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful .
My order arrived exactly when the assistant said it would.Also the music playing in the store when I was there was not too loud.

Great service and amazing selection
